Continue to learn and improve on the job
Share your continuous improvement ideas (kaizens)
Continue to work with your Staff Performance Manager
Receive a 30 day “stand up review” to get feedback
You’re a valued associate here at Yamaha/RMFG, keep up the great work
Earn a $400 bonus for working 5 weeks!
Week 6
Congratulations on reaching your 45 days!
You are now eligible to bid on a permanent position!
Permanent positions provide a significant raise upon conversion PLUS starts you on a pay progression that will have you making $5.00+ more per hour … only nine months after you start
