Yamaha Motor Manufacturing has a generous employee matching program – it automatically matches 50% up to the first 6% an employee invests (pre-tax and Roth).

In addition to the match, Yamaha Motor Manufacturing contributes an additional 2% to 4% of an eligible employee’s annual base salary to their 401(k) plan, depending on their years of service completed
